How do the coaching sessions work?
Face to face
I coach clients in the City of Inverness at an agreed location.

Sessions are generally for 45 minutes up to a maximum of 55 minutes. The
sessions are warm, friendly and informal.
Many clients have said ”Elsie you are so easy to speak to”
Do you coach on the telephone?
Yes I coach on the telephone at a pre-arranged time and you telephone me
at the agreed time.
How many sessions are usually
required?
Many
people have six sessions. However, due to the complexity of issues and life
/ work situations, I prefer to keep the arrangement open-ended as some people
have remained in coaching for 12 months and then have a regular ‘top up’
session. All sessions are pre-paid either by cash, cheque or at my online
shop. Each session is charged at an individual rate (on request) and you
can pre-book several sessions (often 6) in advance and receive a special
discount.
My Coaching Service will far outweigh the money, in value to your life
and work. I carry
